Wilson Sporting Goods Campaign

Student Gold ADDY Award Winning Integrated Campaign created for Wilson Sporting Goods athletic apparel line.

I served as the Graphic Designer for MOJO AD Agency tasked with crafting an athleisure campaign for Wilson to increase sales to the 18-24 year-old market. This market feels lonely and craves community. Our campaign framed the everyday shopper as worthy of being on billboards like star athletes as a way to elevate 18-24 year-olds and their “smaller” accomplishments while building community.

We focused on classic reds and blues in our design to tap into nostalgic sporting events and Wilson’s brand identity. Below are spreads I designed from the printed plan book, including all original deliverables I worked on with my Art Director.

VRBO x Geocache Experience Campaign

Experiential campaign for VRBO across print, social media, and web platforms.

I created The VRBO Geocache Experience along with my copywriter that combines unique VRBOs with geocache locations to encourage outdoor exploration. We aimed to target 18-24 year-old outdoor enthusiasts to rent VRBOs that encourage their love for being in nature. Riddles and scavenger hunts are included across all campaign mediums to foster adventure.

The print ad features a perforated door that opens to reveal a tear-able scroll for the viewer to leave at their VRBO geocache, along with a VRBO token. Off the bat, the goal is to get viewers to interact, get curious, and “start the hunt”.

VRBO Geocache Experience Microsite

During the VRBO Geocache campaign, a small scroll will appear on the VRBO homepage. Click to read and solve the riddle to enter the microsite that houses all specialty VRBOs in the campaign. Select your desired state and city to book.

My design features textured paper and maps, with a minimal color palette to evoke a worn-in, nature-esc feeling. The design allows for the consumer to already feel like they’re in on the hunt, and booking your stay is the next step in the adventure.

VRBO Geocache Social Media Scavenger Hunt

To generate buzz, I designed a social campaign that brings the hunt to your home and allows people to join in on the fun without even booking.

VRBO will post a series of rental highlights from the geocache selections including a hidden phrase across 4+ posts’ captions. Returning followers who figure out the phrase the quickest will enter it into an Instagram story poll for a chance to win a discount on a VRBO Geocache stay.
